Dr. Premkumar Dharmaraj was born and raised in India of Christian parents. He served with the Hindustan Bible Institute and College (Madras), as Instructor, Dean of Students, and Director of Evangelism. He received Bachelor of Divinity at Union Bible College (India), Master of Theology at Denver Baptist Theological Seminary, Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is Associate Professor of Mission and Evangelism at ITS.
