Ms. Esther Kim has taught graduate counseling students as an instructor, focusing on issues related to culture and counseling as well as substance use addictions. She has completed her Master of Arts degree at Midwestern Baptist College and Seminary and her counseling internship at the Kansas City Rescue Mission’s Women’s Center, a faith-based residential recovery center. Her doctoral research focuses on Multicultural Counseling from a Biblical perspective. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Kansas and serves as a clinical therapist at Osawatomie State Hospital’s acute care setting that provides treatment and care for adult populations with mental health disorders.
