Fr. Raymond Marquez was born in Los Angeles, CA and was raised in the San Gabriel Valley.  After earning his B.A. in psychology from Whittier College, he served for three years as a case manager in the social work field with a non-profit counseling agency.  An alumnus of St. John’s Seminary, he was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles on June 5, 2010 and served in various parish assignments and Queen of Angels Center for Priestly Formation until 2019 when he joined the community of St. John’s Seminary. Currently, Fr. Marquez is studying his master’s degree in Church History.
